• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Services

• Providing technical support

• Analytics and process improvement

BuiltWorx does not claim ownership of User Data and does not sell or exploit it for unrelated purposes.

3. Billing & Payments

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information

• Allow BuiltWorx or its payment processors to charge for applicable fees

• Accept that fees may recur on a subscription or usage basis (as specified during purchase)

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of account access.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

5. Updates, Modifications & Availability

BuiltWorx may:

• Update or modify features and functionality

• Improve performance or fix bugs

• Discontinue or suspend parts of the Services

We will attempt to give reasonable notice when significant changes occur, but are not obligated to maintain perpetual availability of any specific feature. 

6. Intellectual Property

All BuiltWorx software, tools, designs, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by BuiltWorx LLC or its licensors.
 You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service

• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy

• You fail to pay required fees

• Your activities pose a security risk or legal liability

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services ends

• We may retain or delete data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

• Outstanding balances remain payable

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuiltWorx provides the Services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Availability, accuracy, or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BuiltWorx is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to BuiltWorx in the previous 12 months

You agree to use the Services at your own risk. 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuiltWorx, its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims or damages arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools. BuiltWorx is not responsible for:

• The content, actions, or policies of third-party sites

• Any damages or issues arising from their use
